2. Services
Glow Boutique & Tan offers tanning services including UV tanning beds (Levels 1, 2, and 3) and UV-free spray tanning. All services are provided at our salon located at 1047 S. Main St, Graham, NC 27253.
3. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made by calling us directly at (336) 223-3583 or by walking in during our business hours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason in compliance with applicable law.
4. Health and Safety
Clients using tanning beds acknowledge that overexposure to UV radiation may cause skin damage. We recommend following the guidance of our certified staff regarding appropriate tanning levels and session durations for your skin type. Clients receiving spray tan services should inform staff of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
5. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to use our tanning services. Minors are not permitted without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable state law.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us so we can address your concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
Glow Boutique & Tan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Glow Boutique & Tan and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
